I am having a lot of problems getting MATALB script node to work in Labview 7.1
The problems are:
1) I wrote a Matlab script file (containing a whole lot of MAtalba commands to read data files, process data and output data) and saved it as patest.m. This worked in Matlab itself. I created a Matalb script node insertted this filename into the script node. It used to work (last Monday through Thursday). Then it Labview kept crashing out, with an error by Windows2000 that said that Labview experienced errors (see attached BMP file). Since then, I re-installed Labview 7.1 twice and now it does not crash but Matlab scriptnode containing that same line does not work anymore.
2) Example files - Differential Equation.vi and Fractal.vi no longer work. I followed the fixes to replace the matscript.dll file according to the instructions given in http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/websearch/4475BC3CEB062C9586256D750058F14B?OpenDocument and http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/3efedde4322fef19862567740067f3cc/ce309627064a3d5686256a9c005b0a5f?OpenDocument but I still get an error mesage by Labview (Error Code 1046). Why is this happening?
Has anyone had bad experiences with the Matlab scriptnode like I am having over the past one week? I am using MATLAB 6.5 and Windows2000. Re there any fixes available by NI?
