Finally I got it to work. I had to enter the following command in MATLAB: "enableservice('AutomationServer',true);" and let MATLAB be running. However, after execution of fractal.llb some weird things with my desktop happen. The previously covered icons are gone completely and I only can bring them back by reboot. This effect is reproducable with this VI and does not happen with the DifferentialEquation.llb. The main difference is the opening MATLAB figure at fractal execution. Maybe it is related to this?
MATLAB still does not open automatically and without the command described above it won't work.
Has anyone else experienced this problems?
