Meaning of 1.4v in pwm

I'm controlling the pwm of my equipment, and I set the duty cycle to 0.3. But I don't know why it's 1.4v on the right side of the picture. And I don't know why the duty cycle comes out as a number other than 0.3.
The pictures are analog signals (left) and digital signals (right) of the same equipment, respectively.

And it's the same signal in the third picture, but I wonder why the duty cycle of analog(left) and digital(right) signals is different.

Even we don't know because you did not share any of the following stuff,

  • What do you intend to achieve and what issue do you face
  • VIs used in your application
  • Hardware used in your application, their model, datasheet
  • External circuit connections (if present)

Please share all the necessary details for us to help you with the issue.
