Measurement and Automation Explorer and NI-DAqmx

When I install the second CD ( Device Drivers) of Labview student version 7.0 Express, after installation it does not show the NI-DAQmx in the left hand side configuration window in the interfaces. During installation i had selected the DAQmx for installation. Without the DAQmx i cannot use the DAQ assist, so please help.

Actually I checked right now, and in the functions-->input--> i do have the DAQ assist but when I drag and drop it.....it doesnt have any terminals to be connected to...also i have DAQmx vi....which i tried to run and it says channel not configured....how can i configure a channel for DAQmx...as i cannot see DAQmx in the configuration when i go into the measurement and automation explorer....
Please help....
