Measurement automation and DAQMX shows different measurement values on same channels

When i read the channel values from measurement and automation explorer it shows exact voltage I/P, whereas when i read the same value from the same channel through DAQMX DAQ Assistant  it shows different values, Whereas we are using 8 channels in that all 7 are showing properly only one channel shows irratic values, all the channels and scales where properly selected, we are using PCI6221 DAQ,

MAX is also using DAQmx to get the measurements from the card, so I would guess somethings different between the MAX configuration and the one you made with DAQ Assistent in LabVIEW.

Did you create a Task in MAX?

If so, what happens if you call the same Task in LabVIEW, same values?
