Microsoft Office Report Generation toolkit with Labview 8

the 2 Files I always add to my projects are:

_Word Dynamic VIs.vi

_Excel Dynamic VIs.vi

It should nto matter where there are located in your project.

they are located here:

C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 8.0\vi.lib\addons\_office\_wordsub.llb

Then when I build my app, I add them to the 'Dynamic VIs and Supported Files' box of the Source Files Property for the App

With the release of V8.20, has there been an update to the Report Toolkit past V1.1.1?

No, RGT 1.1.1 is the latest version.  It should work fine with LabVIEW 8.2.

Upgraded to 8.6. I'm experiencing similar problems with RGT 1.1.1 when I upgraded from LabVIEW 8.0 to 8.2. Is there a fix now? Do I still have a free upgrade to the latest version 1.1.3 I think it is.

Yes this is correct. You need Report Generation Toolkit V1.1.3 for LabVIEW 8.6.

Iif you have a V1.1.1 license, contact your NI rep to get a free upgrade to V1.1.3.
