Migrating llbs from 7.1 to 8.0

I currently have several large applications that are contained in LabVIEW 7.1 llbs. I would like to take advantage of LabVIEW 8.0 project. What is the best way to migrate my 7.1 application llb into LabVIEW 8.0 Project?

Hello sfrosty,

To incorporate your LLB into LabVIEW 8, you can choose to add your LLB to a Project, or you can choose to convert an LLB to a project library.  There are various pros and cons to each technique, which is documented in the links above.  Also, more information on how to use the new project libraries can be found at the following link.  If you want to take advantage of the new capabilities of the LabVIEW project, I would choose to convert your LLB to a project library.
