Minimal licenses for my app

Hello guys,

I need to build an app, that takes reading from USB-6225, display it in the simple form at the screen, make a report in csv with timestamp, and last but not least I have to make an executable. 

Will Labview 2017 Base + LabVIEW Application Builder Module be sufficient?

From what I have gathered, that should work for your exact situation.  But if you plan to do any analysis or measurements on your data, I would just get at least the LabVIEW Full.
