Minimize and Maximize Window Applications

If you have a windows application running minimized, is it possible to call it using LabView?  An example of this would be if I had a home security program running minimized can I call it in LabView to maximize it?  I know I can't control this security program using LabView but I would like to be able to minimize and maximize it with LabView.

Here are a set of VI's that you can put into your user.llb. These VI's interact with windows in particaulr there are a couple of VI's for Minimizing and maximizing. All you have to do is input the name that shows in the title bar of any window. Enjoy
