Modbus IO Server Serial error

Hi,

I am trying to write data on a Modbus slave using a Modbus master but when I run the master VI it gives me the following error. When I use the same com port for other serial communication it works but not for the IO server. I created modbus serial master using the IO server dialogue. Kindly help me out.
