Modify Vi controls/data ranges

Start with the control/indicator off the tab, select it, and move it with the keyboard arrow keys. When it is above the tab control, a black 'shadow' will appear. The shadow will disappear when the VI is run.

I did it all up with a tab, and it all works, but I would no longer describe the code as pretty, haha.

Had to add in 3 case statements.

That's OK.  I'm ugly too.  Maybe if you post your code we could suggest some clean up.
