There is not really a VI to do this, but this might work well enough for
you. Use the Time & Dialog -> Tick Count vi when the program starts to
get the current time in milliseconds. Then, in a loop, read the Tick
count again, and subtract the starting time Tick Count and display the
difference (or tailor it to seconds, or whatever you need). This will
give you elapsed time.
