Mouse Down? prompt

The reason clicking anywhere else works is that you keep the Mouse Down event, so LabVIEW thinks the button is pressed.  If you click elsewhere on the screen, LabVIEW releases the button and recognizes the Value Change event.  So, it is not the Mosue Up event is being sent to the OK button.  The button is pressed as far as LabVIEW is concerned.  Clicking somewhere else causes the button to be released.  On my machine if I click on the OK button again, I get another dialog for the mouse down event.
