Mouse cursor acting erratically when install LV6.1 in Win98

Whenever I install LV6.1 in Win98, the mouse cursor acting weird, i.e. it has a busy sign flashing next to it and slow down everything. If I uninstall LV6.1 then it works fine.

Is the cursor acting this way in the LabVIEW environment or just in the Windows environment?

Make sure you are an administrator on the computer and then try reinstalling. Also, if you have another Windows 98 computer around, I would install LabVIEW on there first and see if the same thing happens.
