Moving Detection

Hello,

I need to develop in labview a software that shows me the number of movements made by a shutter.
The video files were captured with a microsoft lifecam hd 3000, which produced mp4 files.

I tried to realize the software with the NI vision development module, but without success.
Using the vision assistant I can't even upload one of the videos in question.

Can anyone give me some tips, or a code to start from?

Post what you have.

Without images, the change that we correctly guess what your shutter looks like is very slim.
