Multiply the measured voltage with a constant

Hi guys,

I am measuring a current with a Picoampmeter (Keithley 6514) , with analog output, using a NI 6000 I can read the voltage in my Labview.

Now I want to convert the voltage to current values, for this I have to multiply the values of voltage by a number1 and divide by another number2. Then see in the graph

How can I do this?
