Hello, I decided to use company internal DLL built in .NET 8 in my Labview app. I built new installer which include Labview 2026 Q1 64-bit runtime and .NET 8 Desktop Runtime (both 32-bit and 64-bit). However on production PC Labview executable on launch throws error "Labview (Hex 0x6f6) a runtime error occurred while executing the .NET Core code. The file 'Sapper.dll' could not be loaded.". Sapper.dll is internal library.
Printscreen from NI Package Manager
This issue fixed installing .NET 8 SDK on production PC. Why is SDK needed for loading library?

I'm having the same issue. Only deploying the app with the labview installierdid not work. After installing .net8 SDK directly from Microsoft the app started with out this error.

While LabVIEW 2026 allows to interface to (some) .Net 8 assemblies, it does not need .Net 8 in any way or flavor for its own operation. (except of course when you want to interface to a .Net 8 assembly).
As such it does not contain a .Net 8 install submodule.
Basically the assumption is that whoever requires .Net 8 (or any other version) should also install that dependency themselves. Your company internal assembly requires that and should therefore have an installer that also takes care of installing all necessary runtime dependencies, including .Net Runtime versions required.
