.NET 8 desktop error Runtime during installer compiling

project is fine because it is compiled on another computer. tried labview 2024 (32 bit) and labview 2025 (64 bit).

selected name is previous and single project on bad computer. also don't remember how and where i complied old project. labview reinstallation - didn't help.

list of .net runtime below (dotnet --list-runtimes) below. another computer has more runtimes.

Any help?
