NET Picture Box and Web Publishing Tool

Hi,

Actually I have a RTSP video I use with Labview and VLC libraries, but now I need to show it in a browser, I started with Web Publising tool but the video is embedded into a .NET PictureBox and the browser image show it as a gray space. 

I tried Web Publishing as snapshots and Embedded mode. Same Result

How can I show properly this video, or transfor the image from PictureBox to Labview Image Format?
