You can create a help request in different ways, including email and phone.
As I don't know where you are working, I cannot give you names. And a
german representative is probably not responsible for you support...
Where did your company got it's LabView license from? Can't you ask
those people? (AFAIK LabView is only sold by NI, so you should already
have a contact address!)
