NI CEIP DLLs

I keep getting the following missing dependencies, but I can't track down what they are for, why they're dependencies, or how to satisfy them (What to install? What's UDC? What's CEIP?).

These show up because I use some application builder VIs in a custom post build script.  The script functions without error even with the dependency issues.  I want to try to eliminate any missing dependencies of course.

Any ideas?

My guess is UDC stands for User Data Convergence.
