NI DAQ v693 driver problem at WIN XP

Hi all,  

I cannot install the Ni DAQ driver v6.93 (would need it for the PCI 1200 legacy card). Right after starting the exe file it generates an error: "Installer could not be installed. Error 110." 

And I have to go for this version as this is the only one for the PCI 1200 card!  I tried it also on different PCs but I got always the same error.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               Any hints?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   thanks + br  / jako.

Try latest drivers. I have seen this problem occuring when you are trying to install old non-compatible drivers in XP.

I have installed Nidaq 6.9.3 on a XP sp2 computer with no problem. And used it on Labview 8.x As I have bunch of old daq-516 card I use in hobby project. I think perhaps you have some problem with the MSI installer program. But it is hard to say without more information.
