Hi Dukmarivan!
This is most likely a problem with the driver installation. To be able to check the Daqmx VI's is necesary that you install correctly the driver and add support for the particular version of labview you are going to use, in this case Labview 7. The following link takes you to the driver page of daqmx, please download it and proceed to install it, reboot your system and after that you should be able to find the VI's. Please make sure you add support for the version 7 of labview.
