NI Denmark support

Hi all

I'm am not sure that my post belongs here but I don't know where else to put my post.

The phone number for Denmark (+45) 45 76 26 00 is not working and when emailing to Sales or technical support I get no answer.

What are you doing for getting in touch with NI?

I think, it should be better to open a Service Request. Or try to call them one more time.

All local sales offices in Europe have been closed and often the telephone numbers simply disconnected rather than rerouted. To my knowledge there are only three or four places in Europe where NI still has some operations. One is in Germany, one in the UK and then there is the distribution center in Hungary. Not sure if the Irish office is anything more than a mailbox to provide a tax haven legal entity.

You may have more luck in contacting GPower. This is an independent LabVIEW and NI consultant in Denmark with many years of experience in the LabVIEW world and he may be your best bet if you have anything to ask that one of the NI designated distributors such as Farnell, Mouser or CN Rood can't answer.
