NI Ethernet device enumerator 64-bit install error

Facing the same problem. 

My installer contain- NI-LabVIEW Runtime 2017, - NI-DAQmx Runtime 18.5,

what is causing this problem? any solutions?

Same problem. try many times but can't solve.

reinstall WIN7 software and done. maybe it's the anti-virus software....
