Hello everyone, I downloaded the vision acquision software driver and installed it, but inside the labview, the NI IMAQ palette doesn't appear, what do I do?

To my knowledge, Vision 20.X needs to be paired with LabVIEW 2020.  (I'm not 100% sure, just a guess.)  You could try again with trial version of LabVIEW 2020 and see what happens.
