All the problem stated above, its all solved . Thanks for your help .
Now, I'm having problem to generate signal at DAQ assistant 2 in VI .
Can u see the attachment?

Can you give details on what the problem is?
One thing I noticed in your second DAQ assistant is that you are only outputting 1 sample. While your input DAQ assistant on the left side of your diagram is running conditinuously and collecting 1000 samples.

this is the problem that I faced from yesterday when I try to synchronize between the second and the first DAQ .
This is the error listed for the second DAQ

You'll have to give some more information about what you mean by synchronizing between the first and second DAQ. Since you read a thousand samples in, then do some manipulation, then go to output, they aren't "synchrhonized". The output will occur after the 1000 samples have been acquired.
I see you have a USB-6008. Here is the manual http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/371303l.pdf. Look at page 19. It says it is software timed. That means you won't be able to send more than 1 sample at a time. Since you are acquiring 1000 samples, you will need to output the samples 1 at a time in a loop.
I don't know exactly what you are trying to accomplish. The USB-6008 may not be the right daq device for you. But you should look at the producer/consumer architecture. This will let you acquire data in one loop and send it to another so that you can output data somewhat at the same time as you are acquiring more data.

Hi Fadzalina,
Do you have any more specific questions about data acquisition? Do you have your process up and running? If you're getting any specific error messages, be sure to post them and their details.
Best,
