your license allows to install all different versions of LabVIEW (like 32bit vs 64bit on Windows).

Why don't you call your local NI support office for license questions?

Unless you have a special license like a university site license or an Alliance member multi user license with multi platform support, your license key is only valid for the Windows platform.

Linux and MacOS X versions of LabVIEW don't use the same license manager technology. That is also why you don't have evaluation versions for these platforms that you can simply turn into the real thing by entering a license key. On these platforms the evaluation versions are specially compiled LabVIEW executables where certain functionality has been intentionally limited. To get the real thing you have to buy the software for the platform you want and get an installer media that contains the real software.
