There is so much you aren't telling us. Instead of a picture of the Error Message, a more useful picture would be of the MAX left pane showing:
Also tell us which version of LabVIEW (and whether 32 or 64 bit) you are trying to install.

What is that Remote PC, a Pharlap ETS system or a NI Linux RT system?
Did you install the complete CompactRIO drivers?
If you use a Pharlap ETS realtime platform, you have likely a problem as the LabVIEW 2020 release removed support for cRIO based Pharlap ETS based targets, which as far as I know the desktop Pharlap ETS PC system also falls under. Support for Pharlap ETS based PXI systems is scheduled to be removed in the LabVIEW 2022 release too.

Unfortunatealy while you can technically create an NI Linux RT based Desktop system, this is legally not a sound idea since NI has not yet created a licensing solution that allows you to do that. You would be in legally dangerous waters if you tried to do that and use it in any way.

Well, you didn't actually expand the Software Tab for "My Computer", but you did say you were using LabVIEW 2020, which (as Rolf's reply makes clear) no longer supports using a PC as a Real-Time system since PharLap has reached "End-of-Life". The Good News is that NI does make a variety of Real-Time Hardware that will support NI Linux Real-Time.
