NI Max can't recognize the USB instruments

Hi All,

I have a urgent problem need to resolve.

NI Max can't recognize USB instruments(such as: R&S CMW100, Litpoint IQ 2015), when i plug the USB to PC, very urgent.

Have you installed drivers for them?

Have you ever seen them appear in MAX on other PC's?

MAX is primarily for National Instruments products.  I'm not sure there is any guarantee that instruments by other vendors will show up there.

You've already said that.  But you didn't answer my question.

Have you ever seen those devices show up in MAX before on another PC?

You may need to install a IVI driver from R&S for NI-MAX to see the CMW100. I would check the R&S downloads page.

It is not necessary for every instrument out there to show up in NI MAX, there are proprietary instruments which use custom dlls and drivers that just work fine without even showing up in NI MAX.
