So, what NI Network Device are you looking for?  Is it a DAQmx device or Chassis?  How is it connected to MyComputer (Remote network, WiFi, LAN...?)

Basically, we can't troubleshoot a picture of "Nothing" without knowing what "Something" should be.

I do see your screenshot looks like some monitor settings are funky.  Try Maximizing the NI MAX Window and hiding the quick help section.

Hi

its DAQmx  Chassis connected through ethernet cable

usually it appear in this box that missing a part of it if i click refresh. but in my case i cant click anything as you see in the picture. Moreover i cant close this window from X bottom what i do is go to task manager and End the Task.

I tried your solution but its still same

Odd.    Hmmm....can you successfully create, view and interact with a Simulated Chassis of the same type?  Which Chassis model? What version of NI DAQmx (check the ReadMe we are looking to verify support wasn't dropped for an old device or not available for a newer one)

What model of chassis?

Has the chassis been shown to work before on a different PC?  If not, do you have another PC and/or chassis you can try?

Is the Ethernet cable connected directly from the chassis to the PC, or through a switch?

Did you verify that there are lights on both ends of the Ethernet cable?  (Or on all cables, if routing through a switch?)

Do you know the IP address of the chassis?  If so, can you ping it?

Have you tried disabling the Windows firewall before searching for the chassis?

What settings do you have for the port on your PC that connects to the chassis?

Can you verify that disconnecting the port and reconnecting it shows up as being disconnected and reconnected in your networking settings window?

Have you used the PC Ethernet port you're using now successfully on other connections?  (I have seen some motherboards reserve an Ethernet port for remote control so it doesn't work as a normal port)

If your chassis has multiple Ethernet ports have you tried both?
