NI-Modinst Still available? Where to download

Is the NI-Modinst API still available?  I can't find it in Package Manager and I would like to use some of the functionality in that API.  Specifically I'm trying to get the PXI Chassis and slot number from a device node or physcial channel node.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

I believe this doesn't have an installer for it on its own, but instead it installs with software that uses it.

We have a few NI-SCOPE devices, and when I install NI-SCOPE on a PC it also installs NI-Modinst.

We're still on LabVIEW 2021 so I can't say for sure that it does so on newer versions.  I also can't say how well it will work with a PXI chassis as we don't use those.
