NI PCIe 6323 card giving only 2 volt DC supply instead of 5 VDC

Hi everyone

I am using NI PCIe 6323 card for one of my project. It was behaving ok till yesterday, now it is not giving proper digital voltage at digital output port. When i measured the voltage at the pins, it is giving around 2 VDC voltage only.

Kindly tell me what has gone wrong and how i can rectify it

what's the load on the DO pin?

You know they can only source small currents?

It is approx 20 mA

you may consult the spec sheet for details, but getting just 2V for 20mA is rather low when comparing with figure 2…

What has changed since it was working as intended?
