NI Package Manager Error

Hello. I installed the LabView 2023 Q3, the comunity edition, and after that the Ni package manager the latest version. First time, the download went good, untill a point where i recieved this Error Message: "Windows cannot find : 'C:\Program Files\National Instruments\NI Package Manager\NIPackageManager.exe' Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again" . If i go to that specific directory, i have a DAT file named "installed.dat"

Also, if i try to run the NIPackageManager23.8.0_online application, i get the same message as above.

And i search on google and changed the Startup type for multiple NI folders, in "Automatic"

Some questions to gather information:

1. Did you have a version of NI Package Manager already installed?
2. What files are currently in the C:\Program Files\National Instruments\NI Package Manager\ folder on your system?
3. If there is a nipkg.exe file, can you run the command nipkg.exe show-version in a command line and what is the output?
4. If there is a NIPackageManager.exe file, what happens if you launch it?
5. If you look in Add/Remove Programs, what NI* items are listed?
