NI Serial 15.0 Runtime not available

Hello,

I noticed that NI Serial 15.0 Runtime is not available for download anywhere online. Customer wants to know specific reason, if any. He is hesitant to download as he feels it may have been taken offline due to technical issues with that version.

Does the Customer have a LabVIEW License for LabVIEW 2015?  If so, he/she could call NI and get help.  Why does the Customer need this specific module?  If a Developer delivered a "canned" Executable created in LabVIEW and did not provide all of the required Run Time environment as part of the package (possibly because the Developer did not build a proper Installer), talk to the Developer about fixing their Product.

To the best of my knowledge, there are no specific flaws in NI Serial 2015.  As a matter of fact, I have NI-Serial Runtime 15.0 installed on my Development machine, along with NI-VISA Runtime 16.0 (I'm mainly developing in LabVIEW 2016, though I do have some earlier versions installed ...).
