NI USB-6008 NO DETECTA ENTRADAS NI SALIDAS FISICAS

Buen dia,

Tengo una tarjeta NI USB-6008 SN. 12AC50C desde el 2007. Instale la unica version disponible NI-DAQmx 2022 Q3.

Usando el NI MAX, la tarjeta aparece en "Devices and Interfaces" como: (NI USB-6008 "USB\VID_3923&PID_717A\012AC50C") y dice en "status" que está presente.

Voy a "Data Neighborhood" con clic derecho y "Create New". Estando en esta ventana, escojo "NI-DAQmx Task" y cuando quiero generar o adquirir una señal, en "Physical-Supported Physical Channels" aparece un mensaje que no encuentra ningun dispositivo soportado estando la tarjeta conectada a usb. Intente con Labview generar una señal y aparece que no encuentra ningun dispositivo soportado.

Ayuda para poder usar mi tarjeta de forma optima y continuar con mi proyecto.

USB-6008 is supported by DAQmx 2022. Please share a screenshot of your NI MAX listing USB-6008. It will be worth to disable all Antivirus and Firewalls to see if that caused any issues.

The antivirus and the windows defender firewall are disabled.

that USB6008 should NOT be shown as "USB/…", but as "Dev0" instead!

So MAX sees there's a device connected, but it seems it misses the DAQmx drivers needed to really communicate with your USB DAQ device!

Did you really install all needed DAQmx drivers/packages?

Try manually forcing Windows to reinstall drivers in Device Manager.

Go to Device Manager, select the USB-6008 device, select update device driver, search local folders, and select the C:\Windows directory, hopefully, Windows will now use DAQmx drivers.
