NI USRP 2940R not working

Hey,
I have USRP 2940R connected to a PC via MXI Express X4 cable, it was working just fine a few days back but recently it started having issues when I mistakenly cleared its flash. I used this VI to clear the flash while experimenting with something.

Then to get it to working again, I had to write a new FPGA image to it, the one available to me was of X310 so I went with it.

It started detecting the device as X310 in NI MAX which I then flashed with 2940R and it started working again

But then I switched the device to another system and now it is giving me this error when I run the default simple USRP streaming project.

Please guide me with this issue because I have repeated the above process repeatedly, even on LabVIEW 19 and 21 both. And if anyone has FPGA image available for 2940R, please attach here so I can try that too or anybody know how to hard reset 2940R which takes it back to factory settings.
