Did you try to refer to this link to sign an INF file which had been generated by the Driver Development Wizard to the specify directory:

If you having trouble on how to find the Inf2Cat tool,
Try to find it in your pc under
Program Files>> Windows Kits>> 8.0/10.0>> bin>> x86
or
Program Files (x86) >> Windows Kits>> 8.0/10.0>> bin>> x86
or
Download the tool from the 1st link and refer 2nd link if you need tutorial on how to download it:

After finished download, using the same file path to file your Inf2Cat tool.
