NI cRIO-9068 NI9215 Loadcell issue bad card?

I have a NI cRIO-9068 with a NI9215 card and loadcell connected to it.  The program was working fine and had loads reading in positive and negative directions(we have a piston attached that pushes and pulls product to test strength).  However the Load cell is only reading one number in positive direction but in negative it reads in normal increment's.  Its like it has a fixed signal for the load in negative.  We have tested everything else in the system and swapped load cells with the same result.  The question is could a bad NI9215 card cause a fixed signal like this to get sent to the program?  How do I check if card is good?

Okay, 9215 is just an analog input module, where does the excitation for the load cell come from? does it come with an amplifier?

I have a LCA-9A Amp before the card (I did change it with the same result).  The amp is connect to a swp-1k load cell(also changed with no effect).

Then diagnosis is simple, check if the output of LCA-9A amplifier is proper with a multimeter.

Since NI 9215 is a voltage input module, all that you need is a resistor, and then a power supply to test when it reads voltages correctly.
