NI max login key which I forgot

Hello, I have a crio 9035, it has linux real time. I locked this crio's ip configration and unfortunately I forgot it. I can't even format it in safe mode. Pls help...

Plug it in to a computer using the USB cable. You should be able to see it in MAX and get the IP address.

You want the USB Device Port (callout 😎 not the USB Host Ports (callout 7).

I'm not sure using the USB interface will behave any different.  Please give this a try.

JoshuaP, thanks for artical but I tried it before your message. It didn't work and in this artical they said that if your crio has linux real time, u should contact with our application engineers. As a result, I sent to them a mail and I am still waiting for the answer.

 If you have support I would suggest calling in as it is easier to explain the steps to reset over the phone than over email. Otherwise your email should be responded to shortly. Make sure you reference KB 6B7FB4GW when you call or in your email, as it says in the previously linked KB
