NI9237

Trying to hookup a futek pfp350 to an NI 9237.  They call out excitation, signal and sense for their wiring.  NI 9237 calls out RS, EX, AI and SC.  The only one I know is excitation.  how do the other two match up?  NI 9237 was recomended to be used with the Futek but no where can I find the nomenclature in the NI manual.

Trying to hookup a futek pfp350 to an NI 9237.  They call out excitation, signal and sense for their wiring.  NI 9237 calls out RS, EX, AI and SC.  Is the AI (analog input) what is hooked to the signal of the futek?  Also in one of the figures it shows the shunt calibration (SC) in the bridge diagram hooked into the signal + or excitation -.    Do I use the shunt bridge?

Hi RCRAVEN,

For the 9237,

RS= "Remote Sense"

SC="Shunt Calibration"

So to answer your question, The signal of the futek would be in AI, the Sense connection will be to RS, and as you mentioned before Excitation goes to the excitation input.

Which figure/page of the manual are you referring to about the shunt calibration diagram?
