NIDAQmxBase.h: incorrect declaration of DAQmxBaseReadBinaryI32

In NIDAQmxBase.h there is an incorrect declaration of DAQmxReadBinaryI32. It should be called DAQmxBaseReadBinaryI32 instead (it is named this way in the DLL).

This header could also stand a version number. It came from the most recent version of NI-DAQmx Base that I was able to download for the Macintosh OS/X platform.

Attached is a patch that fixes this problem.

Thank you for the post and for providing the patched .h file.  I have corrected this in the NIDAQmxBase.h header file for the next release of NI-DAQmx Base 3.1 which is scheduled to release in Q1 of this year (2008).
