NIExampleFinder crash reporter

When I click on the LabVIEW---> Help---->Find Examples, the following error is showing

You provided almost no information.

• What version of LabVIEW are you using?
• What Operating System are you using?
• What Example were you trying to explore?

On my Windows 10 System with LabVIEW 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019, there is no file with the name TDTable.cpp on my entire C: drive (which includes both Windows and LabVIEW).  I'm guessing (!!) that you have a "non-standard" (or possibly corrupted) system.

A site (or even google) search of DAbort TDTable finds this page.

TDTable.cpp is clearly one of the LabVIEW suite source files.
