I think most of the sessions would be applicable, depending on your application. Matlab and Mathematica seems to further along in the GPU game using CUDA - both specifically mentioned by NVIDIA at sessions/keynotes. Vision libs using CUDA are slated for next year. TidePowerd are doing some interesting developments with .NET specifically which may be directly applicable to LabVIEW - worth checking out...
