NXG 5.0 - Is Network Shared Variable Engine included?

I use NI Variable Engine to share data to other applications via OPC. I am wondering if I can do the same thing using LabView NXG Community Edition. I just installed it today but I could not find the service.

It seems like NI-DAQMx installs SVE and OPC functionality. Installing and see how it goes.

Shared Variables are supported in NXG, but the SVE is not included in the NXG package/installer. You can get the SVE from the DAQmx installer.
