NaN as the output of THD block while using co-simulated design in labview

Hi.

I used harmonic analyser block in labview to find THD of a sine wave taken from the signal processing function and the THD was shown fine. 

But when I give the input to harmonic analyser as the output of a cosimulated design (a single phase rectifier designed in multisim), the THD is being shown as NaN (Not-a-Number).

I am unable to find out why, 

Kindly help me in solving this problem.

It is hard to determine what is happening without seeing the data. Can you post a simplified version of your VI which shows the problem? Most people do not have Multisim and will not be able to do the co-simulation part. Just put an indicator on the data coming out of Multisim at the input to the harmonic analyzer. Run the program to fill it with data. Stop, then Make Current Value Default and save. Then remove all the co-simulation stuff and change the indicator to a control. Now you should be able to run the harmonic analyzer with that one set of data.

Post that VI so we can see waht is going on.
