I think one problem you are having with getting useful help in solving your "matrix multiplcation" problem is that you aren't adequately describing what you are trying to do, and are giving us too many (and, yet, not enough) details about how you are trying (and failing) to do it.
You don't seem to know much about LabVIEW, and don't realize that you need to provide us all of the "pieces of the Puzzle", not just one or two sub-VIs, for us to provide meaningful result. It would also help if you took a step back and told us what you are really trying to accomplish, which seems to be something having to do with the pseudoinverse of some matrix.
Some of us know about systems of equations, about optimization, about least-squares minimization, pseudo-inverses, etc. Feel free to tell us as much as you can about the real question or computation you are trying to program. Also, if you want us to look at your code, please include all of the relevant routines, preferably in a LabVIEW Project (with a Project file).
