Need help changing the color in intensity graph

I got an intensity plot and I want to make the color scale like the rainbow... well the opposite rainbow.

strongest: white, red, orange, .... ... , violet, black  (black is the weakest)

I already read the other threads and I fiddled around with it but I still can't get it to work  😞
