Need help creating a VI to move the CF marker 10% of the span

I've downloaded the HP 8563E library...but now i would like to create a VI that would allow me to move the CF marker 10% of the span.

I took a quick look at the library and I see one VI called HP8563E Query Frequency that can be used to obtain the span and another VI called HP8563E Perform Place Marker. Use the output of the first and take 10% of it and input the result to the second VI.

thanks Dennis...but i was looking for the Perform Place marker vi but i cant find it in the 8563E library...can you send me the vi? that would be greatly appreciated.
