Hello,
I'm new to labview and have a few questions. I'm trying to interface two different devices. A rotary stage and a dispensing unit. The rotary stage has a builtin controller and so does the dispensing unit. If I am trying to get both of these devices to communitcate with each other so they start working at the same time how to I do this? Would I need any other hardward?
Thanks!

We need more information like the exact make/model of your instruments and what communications options they have to even begin to answer your question.

I'm using a Performus V (http://www.nordson.com/en/divisions/efd/products/fluid-dispensing-systems/performus-series-dispenser...) and a Thorlabs (https://www.thorlabs.com/thorproduct.cfm?partnumber=K10CR1) Motorized Stage. I hope this helps provide more information for answering my question.
Also, thanks in helping me figure out this issue!

Well it looks like the rotary stage only has and analog voltage input to initiate and end of cycle plus a contact closure.
The Performus V may have some controll ability through it's USB port, but I do not have the time to read the manual for you.
I would guess you are going to need some sort of DAQ device (even a cheap one like the USB-6009) to read and provide the analog voltages for start and end of cycle plus the relay contact closure.
But I have never worked with either of these devices so I am only guessing.

Did you ever find away to control the dispenser?
